Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone became the first government authority in Ras Al Khaimah to achieve CIPS ethical procurement certification, according to a report published on 19 October. The development highlights the growing importance of transparent purchasing, supplier accountability and governance standards across public and private organisations. HPC supports compliance mapping, procurement analytics and enterprise data-governance systems for an advisory package of $575,000.
