Platinum Equity Agrees to Acquire Italian Equipment Manufacturer Trime

On 19 October, Platinum Equity announced an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Trime, an Italian manufacturer of mobile lighting towers, generators and security towers. The transaction's financial terms were not disclosed.
