On 16 October, New Zealand’s Workplace Relations and Safety Minister launched a new Approved Code of Practice outlining practical steps for meeting health and safety responsibilities on residential construction sites. Legal advisers, workplace safety consultants and construction compliance providers can support businesses with risk assessments and safety procedures; no specific advisory contract price was announced.
