Ukraine’s 2026–2027 energy-resilience programme includes solar installations at 15 hospitals, alongside mobile heating solutions for selected communities. The programme has a stated budget of €6 million, creating potential demand for electrical engineering, installation, maintenance and technical project-management skills.
